Buffalo Chicken Wraps

What a combination — spicy Buffalo chicken wrapped in cool cabbage leaves!

Buffalo Chicken Wraps Recipe


  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1/3 cup hot sauce (such as Frank’s® Buffalo Wings Sauce)
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 cups shredded chicken
  • Kosher salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 8 trimmed Koolheads™ Flathead Cabbage leaves to use as wrappers
  • 2 stalks celery, chopped
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 tablespoon chives, finely chopped

In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt butter. Add hot sauce and honey and stir to combine. Add chicken and cook, stirring occasionally until warmed throughout and coated in sauce, about 2 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Rinse Koolhead™ Cabbage wrappers and pat dry with a paper towel. Arrange wrappers on a serving platter. Spoon chicken mixture onto wrappers and top with celery and blue cheese. Drizzle with ranch dressing. Garnish with chives and serve.
